The fees are stated in SEK and in (EUR ) The final amount in your own currency,
depends on the current exchange rate at the time of payment. The bank’s exchange
surcharge may be added.
Registration fee for EBW is SEK1000 ( 86 EUR) per person. (The registration fee
is included and will be deducted from your total costs)
Course fee: 2000 SEK ( 180 EUR)
All meals: 2165 SEK (195 EUR) (Tue. evening – Sat. lunch)
OBS! Additional costs for accomodation.
Please note! If you have to leave before 12.00 on August 16, you may have a lunch
package with you. (See Application form below.)
Accommodation: You can choose from different options:
The price includes 4 nights (Tues. – Thur.)
Sheets and towels are included in all accommodations,
A) Single room with private bathroom – 3200 SEK (290 EUR)
B) Single room with shared bathroom – 2400 SEK (215 EUR)
C) Part in double room total – 2400 ( 215 EUR)
D) Cabin with 4 double rooms, sharing 2 WC/bathrooms for 8 people, – 1600 SEK
(145 EUR) on condition that all beds are filled. (There are 3 cabins)
Please note! that the number of single rooms is limited and will be distributed on a
first-come, first-served basis.
Accessibility: The common areas of the Conference facility are functionally
adapted.

The last date for application and payment of the registration fee is May 5, 2025.
OBS! after the registration fee has been paid and registered by us, a
confirmation will be sent out in the form of an invoice for the remaining amount. The
registration fee will be deducted from your total costs
In case of cancellation after May 5, the registration fee is not refunded
In case of cancellation later than July 1, 50% of the total participation fee will be charged.
In case of cancellation later than July 15, 75% of total participation fees will be charged.
In case of cancellation later than July 22, 100% of the total participation fee will be charged.
Please Note! We need to receive the remaining amount on the booking
by July 1, at the latest. You will see the amount indicated on the invoice sent to you
as confirmation.

Financial support
If funds are lacking to be able to participate in the conference, there are certain
opportunities to receive financial support for you living outside Sweden. The
application is made to the EBN secretariat, which makes an individual assessment of each application. Please contact: ebn.secretariat@gmail.com
Information due to the Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
A registration form or an email always contains personal data. We will process the
information you provide in connection with the registration and other e-mail
communication you send us in connection with EBW by reading, handling and
temporarily storing the message in Google mail and Google Drive, and by passing it
on to the right recipient within the organization and/or authorized partner. After the
end of the conference, all personal data and mail messages will be deleted.
You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing at any time.
In order to register for EBW-25, we need your personal data and by completing
this application, you also agree that your data will be saved according to the
GDPR information stated above.
